Head of Growth – San Francisco (Hybrid) – OGC

Salary range: $ 125k to $175k (OTE: 125k to 250K)

We are looking for a Head of Growth with 4-6 years of experience to own the entire top-of-funnel engine — the platform that runs startup legal on autopilot, backed by a16z and Tusk Ventures. You'll be a scrappy, full-stack growth generalist who can keep the drumbeat going: driving organic and earned channels, running outbound campaigns, building community, and generating pipeline that turns into customers. This is a builder role reporting directly to the CEO — you'll take us from 50-60 customers to 500-600 as fast as possible. If you can close deals along the way, even better — there's uncapped upside tied to performance.

Responsibilities

• Own and run multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, warm intros, VC and accelerator networks) using Monaco CRM and modern GTM tools to generate a steady stream of qualified pipeline.
• Drive organic and earned growth — leverage customer testimonials, create founder-facing content across LinkedIn and X, and build the company's brand in the startup ecosystem.
• Build and nurture relationships with VCs, accelerators, and startup-serving partners to create referral channels into our core buyer base of VC-backed startups.
• Plan and execute community events — founder dinners, workshops, and presence at accelerator events in key startup hubs like San Francisco.
• Ship growth experiments weekly, kill what doesn't work, systematize what does, and eventually hire the first growth team members behind you.

Requirements

• Experience owning and running top-of-funnel growth from near zero at a seed-to-Series B company
• 3 - 6 years of experience as a growth lead or growth marketer
• Hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack (enrichment, sequencing tools, CRM)
• Scripting or no-code fluency to build automations
• Daily use of LLMs in your work
• Strong writing skills for posts, cold emails, landing pages, and event invites
• Comfortable representing the brand on stage, on camera, and in person with founders

Education

• Bachelor's degree
