If so, Chick-fil-A Eau Claire has a business leadership opportunity for soon-to-graduate seniors and/or recent graduates that may be a great fit for you.

We are looking for growing leaders ready to join our newly launched Leadership Development Program. This program is a 24-32 month commitment and takes individuals through every area of the business to get hands-on experience and learn how to successfully own/operate their own business. 

If selected, you would move quickly from Team Member to Coordinator. As a Coordinator, you would get to own an entire area of the business. You would also receive personal and professional development (led by a seasoned leadership coach and the local Chick-fil-A Operator) and lead real business results. 

The goal of this program is that within the 24-32 month time frame, you would be ready to apply to Chick-fil-A, Inc's Corporate Development Program, be ready for promotion to Restaurant Director at Chick-fil-A Eau Claire, or be ready to launch into your next opportunity with a major head start.

  • Wants to give themselves a chance to become a business owner, including becoming a Chick-fil-A Owner/Operator

Qualifications

  • Recent or upcoming college graduate
  • 3.0 or higher GPA
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven skills in organization and attentiveness to details
  • Ability to work on your feet up to 10+ hours a day
  • Comfortable lifting +40lbs regularly
  • Previous leadership experience preferred

Total package of yearly wages + benefits: $72,460

The Path

  • First 2 weeks: Intensive team member training to get complete understanding of the Front of House area
  • Months 1-3: mastery of all positions in the area to be ready for Shift Lead responsibility by month 3
  • Months 4-6: mastery of the shift, day, and week to be ready for Coordinator responsibility by month 6
  • Months 7-12: complete mastery of all areas + responsibilities in Front of House. Potential for Director-level opportunity at month 12
  • Months 13-18: mastery of all positions in Back of House while maintaining Coordinator/Director position
  • Months 19-24: refine business skills, personal development, and communication in preparation for launch to next opportunity
  • Months 24+: launch to Career opportunity with Chick-fil-A, Inc, or continue into Director position at Chick-fil-A Eau Claire
